Warranty period

With rare exceptions, all items sold by BursaDeAnvelope have a 24 months warranty. The warranty is specified on each product's page.

How can I return a product?

BursaDeAnvelope.ro accepts returns in the following cases:
- With no reason and without penalties if the items are returned within 10 days from ordering, in their original packaging and without any damages. The shipping costs will be borne by you and the refund will be made within 30 days from return date. This applies only to natural persons (i.e. individuals, not companies).
- The product was sent by mistake or it doesn't conform to the specs listed on out website. In this case, the item will be replaced with the right one, or on demand, we will refund you. No shipping costs will be borne by you in this case in 30 days.
